Who is responsible for processing your personal data?<\/strong><\/h3>

Fedesa Cuadros e Instalaciones El\u00e9ctricas S.L. <\/strong>is RESPONSIBLE for processing the USER's personal data and informs them that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3\/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).<\/p>

    Why can we process your personal data?<\/strong><\/h3>

    Because the processing is legitimised by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:<\/p>

    • With the USER's consent: sending commercial communications and newsletters.<\/li>
    • For the legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: to carry out market research, statistical analysis, etc. and to process orders, requests, etc. at the request of the USER.<\/li><\/ul>

      How long will we keep your personal data?<\/strong><\/h3>

      They will be kept for no longer than is necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or for as long as there are legal requirements governing their custody, and when they are no longer necessary for this purpose, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymisation or complete destruction of the data.<\/p>

      Who do we share your personal data with?<\/strong><\/h3>

      No personal data will be disclosed to third parties except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our communications service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processor agreements as required by current privacy regulations.<\/p>

      What are your rights?<\/strong><\/h3>

      The rights of the USER are:<\/p>

      • Right to withdraw consent at any time.<\/li>
      • Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data, and of restriction or objection to its
        treatment.<\/li>
      • Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the
        the processing does not comply with current regulations.<\/li><\/ul>

        2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER<\/strong><\/h2>

        By ticking the appropriate checkboxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or in download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary for the service provider to respond to their request, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are truthful and undertakes to communicate any changes to them.\n
        \nThe CONTROLLER informs that all the data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If not all data are provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services offered will be fully tailored to their needs.<\/p>

        3. SECURITY MEASURES<\/strong><\/h2>

        That in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby data is processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the data subject and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.<\/p>

        The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has communicated the appropriate information to them so that they can exercise them.<\/p>
